This is a legal agreement between you, the end user and Fashion Experience

By attending Fashion Experience, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions

  1. Fashion Experience is a rain or shine event

  2. Tickets are non-refundable.
  3. The organiser is not responsible for lost and damaged wristbands.
  4. The organiser will not replace lost or damaged wristbands.
  5. The attendee will be required to purchase a new ticket in the case of a lost or damaged wristband.
  6. Children under 12 are free and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above.
  7. You will be required to pay vendors for all purchases.

EXHIBITOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. INTERPRETATION:

    1. “The Organisers” means Fashion Experience
    2. “Exhibitor” means any company to whom space is allocated for exhibiting products/services at the Event including its employees.
    3. “Participant” means exhibitors, visitors, organisers, invited guests, event officials.
  2. ALLOCATION & USE OF POP-UP SHOP / EXHIBITION SPACE :

    1. Organisers shall only allocate space to invited exhibitors who have met the terms of exhibiting, completed all required documentation, and received confirmation from the organisers. The Organisers shall allocate space/stands to each Exhibitor in accordance with the Organisers’ sectoral classification of products/materials/ services.
    2. The Organisers reserve the right to change the allocation of any Exhibitor without being liable for damages or compensation and/or if the Exhibitor fails to take possession of his space/stand within the prescribed period.
    3. Exhibitors must strictly adhere to the standard module of space booking. Exhibition of goods on walkways is strictly prohibited and any goods displayed in these areas will be confiscated and will not be returned to the owners.
    4. The Exhibitor shall not sublet or re-assign their space to third parties. Exhibitors shall exhibit only the particular products goods or materials or product group or type stated on their Application Form already approved by the Organisers. Exhibitors with false information especially on services/materials or products grouping shall have his/her allocation disqualified.
  3. SET-UP & CONSTRUCTION OF STANDS:

    1. Exhibitors shall be granted up to 4 identification and access tags. Additional requests for invitations should be made to the Organisers.
    2. The Festival Grounds shall be open to Exhibitors at a date fixed by the Organisers for the purpose of set up and the mounting of their various Exhibits, materials and products.
    3. All Exhibitors will be required to work within their partitioned Stand areas. Construction of stands beyond what is provided by the Organisers will be prohibited.
    4. Subject to approval, Exhibitors may be granted permission by the Organisers to customize their Stands or schemes themselves provided they follow laid down procedures and designs as communicated from time to time by the Organisers.
    5. Exhibitors shall be responsible for the cost of transporting their Exhibit props, goods and collaterals to the Festival grounds and shall also be responsible for the cost of dismantling and removing them at the conclusion of the Festival.
    6. Movement of vehicles and off-loading of Exhibits/goods shall not be allowed after 9:00 am daily throughout the duration of the Festival.
    7. Only accredited service providers will be allowed to operate within the festival arena before, during and after the festival. This services include but not limited to provision and supply of water, electricity, furniture, mobile toilets, canopies and tents and generators. The removal of Exhibits/goods from the Festival grounds and the dismantling of display stands/materials shall not be allowed for the entire duration of the Festival. The Exhibitors shall remove all Exhibits/goods from the Festival grounds upon expiration of their allocated exhibition time failing which they shall be liable to indemnify the Organisers for any costs related to dismantling or damages incurred beyond the period of grace.
  4. DAMAGES & PROHIBITED ITEMS:

    1. Exhibitors with Complex Structures shall be liable for any damage to any structure including the Halls, buildings and stands and shall not paint or otherwise deface or alter or affix anything to the floors, ceilings, pillars or walls without the prior written consent of the Organisers.
    2. The Exhibitors shall be liable for any damage caused to neighbouring or other Exhibitors, or the common property of Visitors by such Exhibitor during setup.
    3. Exhibitors shall not keep in or on their stands or any part of the Festival Grounds chemicals or materials of a toxic or hazardous nature. Prohibited items include:
      1. Explosives and inflammable materials.
      2. Private electric generators
      3. Firearms and ammunitions
      4. Radioactive products and materials
      5. Wildlife and dangerous animals.
    4. The Organisers may disallow any demonstration or display by any Exhibitor of any equipment or material, which in their opinion may cause offence or fire.
    5. Demonstrations by Exhibitors with machinery or equipment shall take place only at an area stipulated by the Organisers.
      1. Such demonstrations shall take place within an area safely protected by the Organisers.
      2. Exhibitors shall ensure that such heavy machinery and equipment are adequately and properly manned.
  5. ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR :

    1. Exhibitors shall not engage in and shall not allow any part of their stands or space allocated to them to be used for anti-social behaviors. The noise level must be contained within the assigned walls of the exhibitor’s stand.
    2. Hawking of goods under any guise is prohibited within the Festival grounds. Such goods shall be confiscated.
    3. Zero tolerance to NOISE POLLUTION. Use of public address system and music gadgets shall be limited to the interior of exhibitors’ stand. No outdoor speakers would be allowed on the Festival ground. Any exhibitor who violates this shall have the sound equipment confiscated.
  6. SECURITY & FIRE REGULATIONS :

    1. All reasonable security precautions shall be taken by the Organisers during the duration of the Festival for the safety and protection of Exhibitors and Visitors to the Festival.
    2. Materials used in stand and display construction must be properly fire-proofed in accordance with local regulations.
    3. Fire safety officials shall patrol the Festival grounds and would be authorised to limit or stop any demonstration by any Exhibitor that in their estimation could be a potential fire hazard.
    4. Exhibitors shall however be responsible for the security of their Stands exhibits and goods and the Organisers shall not be held liable for any loss, or theft or damage to such Exhibits/goods before, during, or after the Festival. In order to ensure adequate security for all persons, Exhibitors, Visitors and the Organisers, contractors and their agents, the driving of any vehicles within the Festival grounds, as well as the parking of vehicles on the Festival grounds (except designated car parks) after the hours of 8:30am daily throughout the duration of the Festival is not allowed.
  7. INDEMNITY :

    1. All Exhibitors shall indemnify the Organisers against all costs, claims, demands and expenses to which they may be subject as a result of any loss or damage, claim or injury occurring or arising to any persons, equipment, goods or structures however caused during the duration of the Festival. For this purpose, the clause, “the duration of the festival” shall include the period before the actual official commencement of the festival, when stands and structures are being erected and Exhibits mounted and the period after the official closing when Stands and all structures are being dismantled and Exhibits removed.
    2. The Organisers shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by any Exhibitor, Participant or Contractor or any other persons for the cancellation or postponement of the Event or the reduction of the advertised duration of the Festival as a result of:
      1. Force majeure
      2. Acts of war, military activity, political /civil unrest, disturbances or riots.
      3. Legislation by Federal, State, or Local Government Authority.
      4. Fire, flood, tempest, excessively inclement weather, storms, earthquake.
      5. Damage caused by an aerial object or aircraft.
      6. Strikes or lockouts by workmen.
    3. In the event of the cancellation or postponement of the Festival as a result of any or combination of the events stated above costs borne by the Exhibitors will not be borne by the Organisers.
  8. BREACH OF CONTRACT BY EXHIBITOR :

    1. In the event of default or failure on the part of the Exhibitor in observing or performing any of the provisions of the Contract or of the Terms and Conditions of this Prospectus, the Organisers shall have the right to terminate the Contract forthwith.
    2. The Exhibitor shall indemnify the Organisers against all cost, losses, damage or expenses (including any consequential loss or damage) incurred as a result of such failure or default.
  9. SUPPLEMENTARY CLAUSES :

    1. The Organisers reserve the right as and when necessary to issue supplementary regulations in addition to those in each Contract made between the Exhibitors and the Organisers as well as Terms and Conditions for participation.
  10. DISPUTES/DIFFERENCES AND INTERPRETATIONS :

    1. The Organisers reserve the right as and when necessary to issue supplementary regulations in addition to those in each Contract made between the Exhibitors and the Organisers as well as Terms and Conditions for participation.
    2. Any dispute, difference, or question which may arise between the Organisers and any Exhibitor touching upon the true construction of the Contract made between the parties and or these Terms and Conditions for Participation or the rights and liabilities of the parties shall be decided by Bole Festival, the planners and managers of the Festival, and such decision shall be final. Similarly, for the purpose of interpretation of the foregoing Terms and Conditions/Individual clauses contained therein, the organisers’ interpretation shall be final.

By using Fashion Experience you agree to the following terms of use. If you cannot accept the terms of use, do not use the app. We may change or modify these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion. we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending a notification, posting a notice on our webpage or Facebook page. Your continued use of the Services will confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to frequently review the Terms to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of YOLO. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately stop using Fashion Experience and inform us to delete your account by sending us an email @(info@fashionexperienceng.com) If you in any way violate the terms of use, Fashion Experience have the right to delete your account and block you from using Fashion Experience again.

Age Restrictions

The Services are intended solely for Users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and it is a violation of the Terms for anyone under 18 to register for the Platform. Thus, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If you are 18 or older, but under the age of 18, you must review the Terms with you parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to ensure that both you and your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) understand and consent to the Terms. A parent or legal guardian accepting the Terms for the benefit of a child, agrees and accepts full responsibility for his or her child’s use of Bole Festival, including all legal liability that such child may incur.

Termination

Fashion Experience reserves the right to change, discontinue and / or terminate any and all Services at any time without notice. Fashsion Experience may at any time, at its own discretion for any or no reason, and without any warning or notice, edit or remove in whole or in part any Users account and User Generated Content and further to restrict Users use of all or any part of the Services.

Usage Data

By using Fashion Experience application you agree to let Fashion Experience collect information about your usage of the application. You also agree to let Fashion Experience collect information from and about your device. you agree to let Fashion Experience access your Facebook account and Google accout gain certain information which is being used for login This is a necessity for registering and login in with your Facebook and Google account to work. If you don’t have a Facebook account or Google account, you ca login by registering with yoiur username and password. We also collect information like your name, profile picture, and so forth. You may request that we update, correct or delete information about you at any time by emailing us [Providence] but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
